Refund Policy

At Onestá’s Digital Designs, all products and services are custom and digital in nature, created specifically to match each client’s vision. Because of this, physical returns are not applicable.

Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled before design work begins.

  • If canceled at this stage, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds
  • Once design work has started, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

  • This includes flyers, logos, branding packages, and add-ons.

Revisions
  • Each project includes 1 free revision.

  • Additional revisions may be purchased for $10 each.

  • Major redesigns will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

Rush & Add-Ons
  • Rush delivery and add-ons are non-refundable once work has begun.

Delivery Issues
  • If you do not receive your files within the promised timeframe, please contact us at onestas.designs@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.
