Services Provided

Onestá’s Digital Designs specializes in custom flyers, logos, and digital branding services tailored to each client’s vision.

Payment

All payments are due upfront before work begins.
Payments are accepted via Stripe and PayPal.
Pricing is displayed clearly on product pages. Add-ons and rush options are available at an additional cost.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround for most projects is 3–5 business days.
Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Turnaround begins once all required project details are submitted.

Revisions

Each project includes 1 free revision.
Additional revisions are $10 each.
Major redesigns or changes to the original concept will be billed as a new project.

Delivery of Files

Final designs are delivered in high-resolution formats (PNG, JPG, PDF).
Logos may include additional formats (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) depending on the package purchased.
Clients are responsible for saving delivered files.

Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are available once design work has started.
Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund at Onestá’s discretion.

Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use final designs for personal or commercial purposes.
Onestá’s Digital Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, client spotlights, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

3. Linking to Our Website

Certain organizations (e.g., government agencies, search engines, news organizations) may link to our site without prior approval. Other link requests may be approved if they do not harm our reputation or misrepresent our services. Approved organizations may hyperlink using our business name, URL, or other reasonable description.

4. Content Liability
